We are here to give you a stress free experience along with our professionalism, reliability, and creative flairs. Bar Service Policy
Bar Service Policy
- Complete Bar Package will serve the number of guests as a whole and not separately per spirits, beer, or wine.
- 1 bartender per 50 guests
- If you would like to extend service beyond the hours included in your chosen package, there will be a $75-$100 fee per bartender, per additional hour.
Package Hours
- Weddings: Service hours begin 30 minutes after the event's initial start time.
- All other events: Service hours begin at the event's initial start time.
- The initial start time remains in effect even if your event begins behind schedule.
Equipment & Returns
- All items(alcohol, coolers etc.)provided by LaYerz Pour Services will be returned to LaYerz Pour Services after the event.
- All items belonging to the client will be returned to the client.
Outdoor Events
- Outdoors events are subject to a $50 per bartender Outdoor service fee.
- This helps cover the cost of additional setup, equipment protection, and the challenges of outdoor conditions such as weather and humidity.
Additional Fees
- Travel fees will apply if applicable.
Payments
- A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date,
- Contracts must be signed and returned prior to event date.
- All payments for bar services must be paid in full by the contractual due date before services are rendered.
- Please review your contract for details regarding late fees or cancellations.
